100 pairs LSA disconnection block (TP-1418-100A) are used for both voice and data networks in the central office, cabinets and in private networks applications. With their reliable IDC (Insulation Displacement Connection) contacts they are the interface between the truck cable and drop cables. In addition to protection of personnel and equipment against over-voltage disturbances, the terminal blocks support quality inspection and diagnostic processes.
Normally the 100 pairs disconnection blocks are used on the vertical side of the Main Distribution Frame (MDF), which is used for the termination between external lines and jumper wires. It consists of 10 pieces 10-pair disconnection modules. The block is suitable for xDSL circuit. Also the blocks are used in Cross Connection Cabinets (CCC), Distribution Point (DP) boxes.
Our 1 pair MDF protector (TP-1501-1EGP) and 10 pairs over-voltage protection magazine (TP-1502-10P3G) can be inserted into the block, with the function of protecting personnel and equipment against over voltage and over-current.
